From December 7 to 16, 2024, Santiago Martínez, surrogacy lawyer and manager of our firm, travelled from Bogotá to Hong Kong to carry out the procedures related to the citizenship of a baby whose father holds citizenship in both the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Mainland China.
On this trip, as part of the numerous international processes we regularly manage at our firm, Dr. Martínez acted as legal advisor for the process before the Family Court in Hong Kong SAR to proceed with the legalisation of the baby's citizenship in Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China, handling dual citizenship and passport procedures.
